Thank you for contacting me regarding your support for the Jacki Rickert Medical Marijuana Act. I appreciate hearing from you.

This legislation was circulated for co-sponsorship by Senator Jon Erpenbach and Representative Mark Pocan. The legislation has been introduced but not scheduled for a public hearing. As you may know, this issue has been raised in previous sessions and had difficulty gaining widespread support.

I will keep your support in mind if the legislation is introduced, please let me know if you have any further questions.
