The former chairman of the Brown County Republican Party expects to resolve pending child enticement charges short of a trial.

Donald Fleischman, 38, of Green Bay made a brief court appearance Friday and had the matter delayed to allow his lawyer and prosecutors time to hammer out the details of a plea agreement. Fleischman waived his right to a jury trial Friday but reserved the right to have a trial to a judge should the plea deal fall apart.
