May 4, 2005 Capitol Hill press conference in Washington D.C.

On May 4, 2005, I attended my third Capitol Hill press conference. My two prior ones came in 2002 and 2003, in the Capitol itself in July 2002, and another in Rayburn in September 2003, which was a part of the Cheryl Miller Memorial Project click here

The press conference was outside at Cannon Terrace, a small spot near the Cannon congressional office building's wheelchair ramp that is a frequent site for Capitol Hill press conferences. Although a bit noisy at times, it's a nice spot to talk to the press and get the Capitol dome in the background for tv cameras.
