I had the pleasure of spending last weekend in Portland, Oregon, where medical cannabis was legalized in 1998 and adult use in Nov. 2014. Portland and Oregon are showing how to do it. If only Wisconsin lawmakers would wake up and smell the cannabis prosperity waiting in the wings!
